We have been advising clients in the field of ecclesiastical employment law for many years.

Our focus rests on advising diaconal institutions and those of Caritas. This includes Church-owned or -affiliated hospitals and medical care centres. Our special expertise lies in the drawing up of contracts of employment – especially for head physicians and other medical staff. Further, we also have much experience in advising on the co-operation of the management with the staff representation, up to proceedings before the conciliation board and the ecclesiastical labour court.
